Q: Where can I place my order?
You can place your orders on our website or text us on WhatsApp or Instagram
Q: What are factory leftovers
Products produced in excess or with minor packaging defects are called factory leftovers. These are low priced due to low shipping charges as they don’t come in complete brand packagings & are purchased by us in bulk allowing us to offer you affordable range.
Q: How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
5-7 working days is the standard delivery time. For our customised hampers and gift boxes we take 7-10 days delivery time depending on the customisation you need.
Q: What payment methods do you use?
Cash on delivery is available for orders below three thousand pkr. For orders above three thousand, we require advance payment.
Q: Can I customise the gift boxes?
We can only include the items from our collection ONLY with extra charges but otherwise no exclusion of products is allowed from our hampers.
Q: Do you offer bulk gift boxes?
Yes we do! Dm to discuss with us on instagram.
Q: Can I include personal message with my orders?
During the checkout process, you’ll have the option to add special instructions; mention your message there or just dm us on instagram.
Q: What is your return and exchange policy?
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
Q: What is your refund policy?
Refund is only possible if any item received is damaged. Send us the picture of the item and we will refund you the amount.
Q: How to track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll be provided with a tracking ID via our courier service on the number provided. If no text received you can dm us to provide you.
